Functional Sweat
Wednesday 6:30 pm and Saturday 9:30am
This class will make you SWEAT with full body exercises that will challenge every muscle and every cell in your body! You will perform different exercises and work/rest periods every class that will test your strength, endurance, agility and power. You will never get bored or plateau as the intensity always requires you to give your best effort that day.
Kettlebell - Friday 6:30 am
Work out your entire body with Kettlebells! This class will challenge you with dynamic movements like swings, lunges and squats that will sculpt your muscles, boost your strength, flexibility and cardio. Grab a kettlebell and join us to discover how it can transform your fitness and body shape.
